Laurent has Sweet 'n' Spicy BBQ rub, as well as six (6) different dressings for your salads that can be used as marinade or sauce for your meat or seafood − basil, garlic and parmesan; honey, mustard and blue cheese;  balsamic; mustard, garlic and champagne; orange and raspberry; and Provençal.

If you happen to need a soothing necklace for a teething baby, Laurent has those on his truck too. They're very big in Europe!

Traditional Breakfast. 3 eggs any style with fresh fruit and bacon or grilled chicken-apple sausage, fresh fruit or breakfast potatoes, and toast. $10.95 

Sunshine’s Huevos Rancheros. 3 eggs any style served on a bed of tri-color tortilla shells, black beans, roasted peppers and topped with warm salsa and avocado. Served with fresh fruit and sour cream on the side. $10.95. Add mole-chicken sausage.  $10.95

Morning Burrito. Scrambled eggs, bacon, grilled mole-chicken sausage, black beans and cheese wrapped between traditional tortilla or fresh homemade crepe. Served with a side of fresh fruit, salsa and sour cream.  $11.95

Smoked Salmon Dish. Smoked salmon Served with onion, capers, sliced tomatoes and homemade whipped smoked salmon spread and choice of either onion, wheat or pumpernickel bagel.  $12.95
