Quinn Cummings at Chevalier's Books


Quinn Cummings is Chevalier's Books' first author guest for November! She'll be signing copies of her book Notes from the Underwire today, Sunday, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Born in 1967, Quinn Cummings is best known for her Oscar-nominated role in Neil Simon's The Goodbye Girl. She played the 10-year-old daughter Lucy of the Marsha Mason character and was nominated for an Academy Award in the Supporting Actress category.

Notes from the Underwire: Adventures from My Awkward and Lovely Life (Hyperion; July 2009) is her first book. In it, she offers her funny take on parenting and relationships.

She mentioned her visit to Chevalier's in a post on her blog The QC Report. She also has a Facebook page and a Twitter account. Fans are going to be lining up to see the latest celebrity to sign books in the village.
