OPTION 1 - $14 per person

Entree Salad Citrus Salad baby mixed lettuce tossed with avocado, grapefruit, oranges and citrus vinaigrette

Entree Jamaican Tamale Plate  fresh sweet corn-off-cob tamales prepared and served with sour cream, homemade tomatillo sauce and golden caviar

Entree Carioca Chicken grilled breast of chicken topped with a sauce of sauteed mango, garlic, and Caribbean spices
