Private Sessions: (1) $75, (10) $650, (20) $1,250
A personal one-on-one class allowing the student to work very closely in detail with an instructor. Applications of form and placement are learned and mastered in an on-going program. Private classes are mandatory for clients with certain physical limitations.

Duo Sessions: (1) $85, (10) $750, (20) $1,450
Similar to the private session, this setting allows two students to work in tandem with an instructor. Partners who are compatible can work with each other for an inspiring, and sometimes competitive hour. Partners are not provided by the studio.

Group Sessions (1) $18, (10) $150
The group class is a combination of mat work and apparatus. The fundamental mat workout is performed at the appropriate level. To compliment and diversify, we offer a full range of traditional apparatus. The apparatus work is centered around the wall unit, a unique piece of equipment that allows the performance of most of the Cadillac exercises within the group setting. Attendance of group classes is limited to eight students. Advance reservations are encouraged.
